InfoSaver Terms of Use (EULA)

Agreement and license

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Nestor.Studio for InfoSaver. By using the app, you accept these terms. If you disagree, stop using it. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InfoSaver on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Usage Rules. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these terms against you.

Features and version availability

InfoSaver helps you record expenses, review spending, track subscription schedules and organize cards, links and lists. The described 4.1.0 features require iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 or later. Availability depends on the installed version, device, system settings and permissions.

In 4.1.0, expense and subscription tracking are free without limits. Premium adds optional iCloud sync, App Lock, the Home Screen card widget and CSV export. The app’s purchase screen identifies the features and plans included in an offer.

Premium payments, trials and cancellation

Premium options are planned as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time purchase. Available products, local prices, billing periods and any eligible trial are shown before confirmation. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. A one-time purchase does not renew automatically.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of that period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled in time; eligibility and length are shown before purchase. Any unused trial portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Deleting the app or a subscription record inside InfoSaver does not cancel a paid subscription. Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible Premium access with the Apple Account used for purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. RevenueCat helps validate purchases and manage entitlements.

Expense records, automation and reminders

InfoSaver is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment service, financial adviser or tax service. It does not set budget limits, move money, pay bills or cancel services. Totals and charts depend on your entries, confirmations and chosen currency. Currency changes use the exchange rate you supply, not live market rates. Check figures independently before making financial or tax decisions.

Quick entry can misinterpret text or categories. Review entries before saving. Apple Pay capture requires a Transaction automation you configure in Shortcuts; InfoSaver cannot read Wallet history or guarantee capture of every purchase. Automation and subscription renewal entries wait in the Inbox for confirmation. Adding a renewal record does not verify that the provider charged you. Check for missing or duplicate entries.

Renewal reminders depend on your recorded dates, notification permission and system behavior. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for checking renewal dates and managing subscriptions with each provider.

Your content, sync and security

You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for its accuracy, lawful use and backups. Records are stored locally; optional Premium iCloud sync depends on Apple’s service, connectivity and available storage. Synchronization can be delayed or unavailable. Turning it off does not automatically delete cloud copies. Export or back up important records before removing the app or changing devices.

App Lock uses system authentication and does not guarantee that all information is hidden from notifications, widgets, exports or other system features. Configure these features to suit your privacy needs. External websites, saved codes and third-party services are subject to their own terms; a saved code is not a guarantee that a merchant will accept it.

Restrictions and privacy

Do not use InfoSaver unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, redistribute or sublicense the app, bypass purchase protections, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law or an open-source license permits. Your information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Support, warranties and liability

Nestor.Studio is responsible for support and app-related claims to the extent required by law. The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or data recovery. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple; Apple may refund the purchase price under its applicable rules and has no further warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Nestor.Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination, changes and applicable law

You may stop using InfoSaver at any time. We may terminate this license for a material breach. Termination or uninstalling does not cancel Apple subscriptions; cancel those separately. We may update the app and these terms; revised terms will appear here with a new date. These terms are governed by Ukrainian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
