InfoSaver Privacy Policy

About this policy
Nestor.Studio provides InfoSaver. This policy describes the native InfoSaver 4.1.0 app, including expense tracking, subscriptions, Cards, Links and Lists. No InfoSaver account or bank login is required.
Your records and on-device processing
Expenses, amounts, dates, categories, notes, subscription names and renewal schedules, saved card codes, links, lists and preferences are stored on your device. Quick entry and spending calculations run locally. We do not operate a server that receives your expense ledger, saved cards or links. The app does not include advertising or cross-app advertising tracking, or a separate behavioral analytics SDK in 4.1.0.
Apple Pay, Shortcuts and the Inbox
If you configure a Transaction automation in Apple Shortcuts, it can pass a merchant, amount, optional card label and transaction name to InfoSaver. These become local expense records awaiting confirmation in the Inbox. Subscription renewal entries are also created locally from your saved schedules. InfoSaver does not connect to your bank or read your Apple Wallet transaction history, payment card number or bank credentials. Information passed through Shortcuts is subject to the automation you configure.
Optional iCloud sync and backups
Premium users can enable iCloud sync, which is off by default. When enabled, app records are synchronized through CloudKit in your private iCloud database under your Apple Account. Apple processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. Sync requires iCloud availability and active Premium access; changes to the setting may require an app restart. Disabling sync does not itself erase copies already in iCloud. Device backups may also include local app data according to your Apple settings.
Premium purchases and RevenueCat
Apple handles payments. InfoSaver initializes RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access and manage Premium entitlements. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase history and entitlement status, together with technical request information needed to provide its service. This processing can occur when the app starts, including before a purchase. It is separate from the personal spending records you enter into InfoSaver. We do not receive your payment card details from Apple. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Permissions and system features
- Camera access is used to scan a card code when you choose to scan.
- Notifications are optional and used for renewal reminders and Inbox alerts. Alerts may show subscription names or amounts on your Lock Screen, depending on system settings.
- App Lock uses Apple’s local authentication for Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode. InfoSaver does not receive biometric templates or your passcode.
- Widgets, Siri, Shortcuts, Spotlight and the Share extension use relevant records through Apple system features and shared on-device storage. Consider what can be visible outside the main app.
Exports, links and support
CSV export creates a file you choose to save or share. Anyone receiving that file may read its contents. Opening a saved link sends you to the destination website, whose privacy policy applies. If you contact support, we receive the message and any attachments you choose to send. Please avoid sending sensitive financial records unless necessary to resolve your request.
Retention, deletion and your choices
You can edit or delete records in the app, turn off notifications or camera access in system settings, and choose whether to enable iCloud sync. Deleting the app normally removes its local data, but does not automatically erase iCloud copies, device backups, exported files or purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Manage iCloud data and backups through your Apple settings. Purchase and support information may be retained as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We do not promise a single retention period for records controlled by Apple or RevenueCat.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or exercise other privacy rights, by contacting us. We cannot retrieve a local expense ledger from our servers because we do not hold it. Third-party services may process information in other countries under their own safeguards and policies. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children and policy changes
InfoSaver is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information. Material changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.
