From a goal to today’s work
Create a goal, give it a color and add the steps it needs. Planned time and notes help you decide what to work on next.

Keep each step beside the goal it belongs to. Progress rings, finished-step counts and time left show where you stand.
Time for one thing
The focus screen keeps your current step and elapsed time in view. Pause when you need to, resume when you’re ready and stop to save your session.
The ring follows the step’s planned time. Pauses stay out of your saved focus time.

A Live Activity keeps the session close, with pause, resume and stop controls on supported iPhones.

Recent sessions show their dates and lengths beside the step. When you finish, compare planned and spent time, mark the step complete and watch the goal move forward. You can reopen a step later.

Optional Premium
Describe your goal and let Apple Intelligence suggest steps and durations. Change the wording, adjust the time or remove a step before saving.
AI planning depends on a compatible device and a supported system language. You can always build the plan yourself.

Your goals and session history stay on this device; iCloud sync is not offered. The app uses external services for analytics, subscriptions and optional feature requests.

For 1.1.0, goals, steps, reminders and focus sessions are free. Premium adds AI plan generation, with monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices and any eligible trial are shown in the purchase offer before you subscribe. AI availability depends on the device, system and language; a subscription does not make an unsupported model available.
Focusio is made for iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17.6 or later. The interface is available in English and Ukrainian. On-device AI planning requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, a compatible device and a supported Apple Intelligence language. AI is not promised for the Ukrainian interface. Dynamic Island requires a supported iPhone.
Yes. In 1.1.0, generation adds draft steps with suggested durations to the goal form. Edit or remove them before saving. You can also create every step manually without Premium.
In 1.1.0, start a session on one step, pause and resume when needed, then stop to save your active time. Paused time is excluded. Recent sessions show their dates and lengths in the step details. When the step is finished, compare planned and spent time and mark it complete; you can reopen it later.
No. Focusio helps you plan steps and track focus time. It does not block apps or websites, and it does not provide a Pomodoro work-and-break schedule.
No iCloud sync is offered. Goals, steps and session history are stored locally on the device. No Focusio account is needed. Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat subscriptions and the optional WishKit feature-request screen use external services; local storage does not mean that the app sends no data.
In 1.1.0, a running session can appear as a Live Activity on the iPhone Lock Screen and in Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. Pause, resume or stop the session from its controls. This is a Live Activity, not a Home Screen widget.
